Conference Report, Wellness Post Conclave & Expo, 2019 – Anusha Sehgal
The second annual Wellness Post Conclave & Expo was held at the Santa Clara Convention Center on June 7–9, 2019. It was a momentous event with a congregation of experts in Ayurveda, yoga and Siddha from around the United States as well as dignitaries from India. The event was organized by founding members of the Wellness Post, including Dr. Romesh Japra, renowned cardiologist of Fremont, California, and convener of the event. Co-conveners included Dr. (Vaidya) Jayarajan Kodikannath, Academy Director, Kerala Ayurveda Academy and Dr. Shanmugamurthy Lakshmanan, Vice-chancellor, Vetha Center for Transdisciplinary Studies, USA. The Wellness Post Conclave & Expo was organized by the Federation of Indo-Americans of Northern California, a non-profit organization based in Northern California, USA, and the India Post newspaper, the oldest South Asian newspaper based in the United States.
