Panchakarma - A Life Changing Experience

At times the pain in my jaw was excruciating. Discomfort in my neck, shoulders and hips was all too familiar. My hair was feeling like straw. My skin felt as dry and scratchy as pineapple skin and I had gained an extra 10 pounds. My right ear and throat seemed 'stuffed up'. Sometimes, the area around my sinuses ached, and my face felt sore to the touch. I had been practicing law for about 15 years and was quite successful. Although I was involved in an intimate, committed relationship, I felt drained.
Because of the way I was feeling. I knew I needed a positive shift in my life. I didn't know where to look or what to do. That is, until, my first experience with the ancient rejuvenating known as pancakarma.
